噴砂機與空壓機的(de)關(guan)系及如(ru)何選配
導讀:德蒙空壓機,常配套于諸如嘉葆、正豐噴涂、考茨貝格等(deng)知(zhi)名品(pin)牌(pai)的噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)機,包(bao)括自動噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)機,移動噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)機、加(jia)壓式噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)機等(deng)各種(zhong)類型噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)機。
噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)是(shi)采用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)為(wei)動(dong)力,以形成高速(su)(su)噴射束降噴料高速(su)(su)噴射到被(bei)需(xu)(xu)處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面,使工(gong)(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面的(de)(de)外表(biao)面的(de)(de)機(ji)械性(xing)能發(fa)生變化(hua)的(de)(de)一種機(ji)器。空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)即空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji),是(shi)現代工(gong)(gong)業化(hua)的(de)(de)基礎產(chan)品,它是(shi)將(jiang)原動(dong)的(de)(de)(一般情況下指(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji))機(ji)械能轉換成氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力能的(de)(de)裝置。噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)的(de)(de)使用(yong)離不(bu)開空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji),空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)產(chan)生的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)在噴砂(sha)(sha)過程中起(qi)動(dong)力的(de)(de)作用(yong),不(bu)同的(de)(de)噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)選配不(bu)同的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji),噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)從噴砂(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)效率和強(qiang)度來說可(ke)以分為(wei)普壓(ya)(ya)噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)、加壓(ya)(ya)式噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)、高壓(ya)(ya)式噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)。與噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)連接的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)一般選擇壓(ya)(ya)力為(wei)0.8Mpa的(de)(de),然后根據噴砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)所需(xu)(xu)要(yao)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)源大小再選擇合適(shi)的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)。
空壓機是噴砂機動力來源,但是如何進行空壓機規劃,是很多客戶都關心的問題,下面簡單的說下:
1、空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)容(rong)量太大(da),會造成空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)空(kong)載能量消耗過高(gao)。
2、過濾器安(an)裝過多,壓損大,能量消耗高。
3、空壓機并不(bu)是集中供氣(qi)的(de),而(er)是分散配置到全廠各(ge)地,管(guan)(guan)線(xian)獨立,既增加設備的(de)購置成本(ben),也增加了管(guan)(guan)線(xian)成本(ben)以及運行維(wei)護費用。
4、空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機房內(nei)環(huan)境溫度過高,會(hui)降(jiang)低了空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機效(xiao)率,排氣量減少,能耗增加。空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機放環(huan)境溫度每升高10°C,相當于空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機效(xiao)率降(jiang)低約3%。
5、管線布置不合理,彎頭(tou)接(jie)頭(tou)過多,增加壓力損耗,灰(hui)塵大的空(kong)間也會影響空(kong)壓機的壽命。
普壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)即虹吸(xi)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率相比較其他兩種(zhong)形(xing)式(shi)的(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),單噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)頭(tou)的(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)效(xiao)率低于(yu)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),此類噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)每(mei)把(ba)槍所(suo)(suo)需配備(bei)的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)每(mei)分鐘(zhong)產(chan)氣(qi)量(liang)至少是1立方的(de)(de),也(ye)就是至少7.5KW的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)都屬于(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)送式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),單噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)頭(tou)的(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)效(xiao)率加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)的(de)(de)低于(yu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)的(de)(de),加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)每(mei)把(ba)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)頭(tou)所(suo)(suo)需配備(bei)的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)每(mei)分鐘(zhong)產(chan)氣(qi)量(liang)至少是2立方的(de)(de),也(ye)就是15KW的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)每(mei)把(ba)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)頭(tou)所(suo)(suo)需配備(bei)的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)每(mei)分鐘(zhong)產(chan)氣(qi)量(liang)至少是3立方的(de)(de),也(ye)就是22KW的(de)(de)空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。總得來說,空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)越大(da)越好。如果考(kao)慮到成本,可以(yi)參考(kao)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)數據來選配。
此外,空壓機連接噴砂機還需配備儲氣罐和干燥機,儲氣罐用來儲存空壓機產生的氣,保證氣源的穩定,干燥機是用來干燥氣里面的油分和水分,以保證到達噴砂機時候的氣是干燥的,也減少了由于砂料結塊而造成的堵砂問題。
